How It Started

Started in 2005. Still Based in Alexandria.

Level 2 Electrician was founded in 2005 by a small team of Alexandria-based electricians who saw a gap in the Sydney market — homeowners and businesses were struggling to find a reliable, accredited Level 2 ASP they could trust with the specialist work standard electricians couldn't touch.

Starting with one van and a commitment to doing the job properly, we built our reputation one job at a time — showing up on time, quoting upfront and never cutting corners on a job that directly connects to the live electricity network.

Every member of our Level 2 team holds a current NSW electrical contractor licence and is included under our Grade A ASP accreditation with both Ausgrid and Endeavour Energy. We don't use subcontractors — every job is completed by our own, directly employed electricians.

Our team includes specialists across all four classes of Level 2 work — overhead service lines (Class 2A), underground service mains (Class 2B), metering and switchboards (Class 2C) and private poles (Class 2D). Whatever your job, we have the right person for it.

We invest heavily in ongoing training and accreditation — network requirements change, technology evolves, and we make sure our team stays ahead. That's why our quality of work has remained consistent for over two decades.
