First, check if a circuit breaker has tripped inside your switchboard. If one has, reset it. If it trips again immediately, call a standard electrician for internal wiring.

If your neighbours also have no power, it's a network outage — call Ausgrid (131 388) or Endeavour Energy (131 003). They manage the network restoration.
